Symposia is an arts and events management co-op interested in bringing to life creative-minded events that are inclusive and cater to culturally diverse audiences. We are a small team of committed, experienced youth passionate about making a difference in our community. Our mission is to organize events and programs that give marginalized communities, namely BIPOC youth, a voice and place. Our main annual project is the co-curation and facilitation of the Elevate Program. This project operates in partnership with The PuSh International Performing Arts Festival to provide mentorship opportunities for racialized youth interested in performing and visual arts.
